-What is the “Mero Sathi Project”?-...
On April 25th, 2015, a big earthquake hit Nepal. Mero Sathi is a relief project started by students with a strong passion to help the Nepalese victims. The words ‘Mero Sathi’ mean ‘my friend’ in Nepalese. We have been supporting Nepal in many ways. Our project was even shown on media outlets, such as NHK, which the public reacted strongly to. Moreover, we visited Nepal to support and bring smiles to the earthquake victims. Even now, we are still working hard on this project.
-Event contents-
❶ Introduction of Mero Sathi Project
❷ Brief sessions of the activities in Nepal (by the college student members)
❸ Brief session of the activities in Cambodia (by the high school student members)
❹ Mini-Lecture by Prof. Akinori Seki (President of AAEE)
